Business Process Analyst (Product manager)

The Business Process Analyst (Product manager) is responsible for studying the organization's business processes, describing their compliance with business automation systems, and evaluating project scope and timelines. They actively participate in project implementation by collaborating with the project team and act as a product stakeholder. If necessary, the analyst personally configures the system and conducts testing.
All necessary training materials for the automated management system are provided, along with support for learning and professional development.
Previous experience in managing ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and describe the organization's business processes.
- Evaluate the compliance of business processes with ERP automation system requirements.
- Assess the timelines and scope of ERP system implementation.
- Present the client’s business requirements for the system and act as a product manager.
- Participate in the system implementation process with the project team, and when necessary, personally perform system configuration and testing tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Economics, Management, and Information Technologies.
- Skills in describing organizational business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English.
- Project management capabilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
